Selected companies will have the opportunity to collaborate deeply with LG through a 6+ month commercial acceleration program to jointly build a business venture or launch solutions with LG and grow their business.
Start by Expressing Interest
Companies can express their interest in exploring a collaboration with
LG NOVA by submitting information through our website. We encourage ecosystem partners to share portfolio companies they believe are aligned with our mission.
LG NOVA plans to evaluate proposals monthly and invite companies to explore the creation of new business ventures with LG.
Conceptualize and Propose Collaboration
LG NOVA will select a number of companies on an ongoing basis to discuss the potential for business development, partnership, and new business creation in collaboration with LG.
They’ll work directly with the LG team including an LG NOVA Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to develop the collaboration thesis and pitch alongside the business on the relevancy of the idea to LG.
Test and Validate the Business Proposal
If chosen to move forward, the company may be granted up to $100,000 to work alongside their LG NOVA EIR to test and validate the joint business collaboration proposal through the development of a proof of concept (PoC) or minimal viable product (MVP). The company will have the opportunity to collaborate deeply with the LG NOVA team on building the framework for the business opportunity through workshops, hands-on development, and engagement sessions. The end result will be a final joint collaboration pitch with their LG NOVA EIR partner to LG executives and investment partners, including NOVA Prime Fund.
In addition to the opportunity to pitch and get recommended for investments for their business, the LG NOVA team will work across LG Electronics’ businesses, LG Corp. affiliate companies, and other organizations to unlock other potential opportunities and resources for the company.
All companies are subject to due diligence and business verification during the process.
Build Business Together, Launch New Ventures, and Scale Globally
LG NOVA plans to select a number of collaboration proposals to move forward for joint business creation with LG. For these select companies, they will have the opportunity to grow their business alongside a partnership with LG NOVA to create new commercial business opportunities. These new commercial ventures/ business opportunities will be provided with support from our ecosystem partners, including capital partners for business growth, and may receive other opportunities for investments through the LG network.
The companies selected for engagement by LG will be on an exponential acceleration path to success supported by LG through commercial contracts, sales & distribution channels as they continue to move forward with the jointly developed business.
