AI Exchange 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Defensibility: Community as the Untapped Moat
Ten years ago, we talked about product-led growth. Today, we’re in an era of prompt-led features. But even the best AI tools—without community—risk becoming commodities.
That’s because great products no longer differentiate on features alone. They differentiate on network, identity, and shared momentum.
Today’s breakout products—whether it’s Notion, Replit, Hugging Face, or even LangChain—win not just because they work well… but because they bring people together. They turn users into contributors, builders, and evangelists. That’s the moat.
Naturally, other avenues of creating a moat exist as well. Proprietary data, competitive UI, vertically integrated capabilities have already demonstrated their feasibility and often intuitively arise from the envisioned business models. Community based moat however may arise in unforeseen places as previously untapped communities are mobilized.
So in this session, we’ll unpack:
- What makes a community a true moat, not just a Discord channel or a subreddit.
- How to design a community into your product from day one.
- And where community-first thinking fails, and how to avoid the hype trap.
Speakers:
- Shilpa Prasad, LG NOVA
- Sahar Arshad, LG NOVA

- Rob Parrish, Lakera
CleanTech Exchange 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM - From Reactive to Predictive: The AI Revolution in Energy & Asset Management

Speakers explore how digital twins, machine learning diagnostics, and condition-based energy and asset management are being deployed across wind, solar, and storage assets and their energy management systems.
Speakers:
- Elizabeth Parks, Parks Associates
- Sumit Saraogi, Enphase Energy
- Joshua Posamentier, Congruent Ventures
- Rob van Haaren, Proximal Energy
- Jamie Link, Powerhouse Innovation
AI Exchange 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM - Agentic AI Best Practices
AI is evolving from copilots that assist tasks to agents that act autonomously, plan, and execute workflows. For enterprises, governments, and startups, this brings both opportunities (efficiency, productivity, scale) and risks (trust, governance, cultural adoption).
According to McKinsey (2025), early adopters of agent-based AI systems report 30–40% productivity gains in knowledge work. But large-scale implementation requires guardrails, human oversight, and clear KPIs.
This panel will focus on enterprise-level best practices: what works in real-world deployments, what governments are experimenting with, and how startups are innovating at the frontier.
Speakers:
- Jason Zilberkweit, SOSA
- JD Geiger, Stack AI
- Shikhar Kwatra, Open AI
- PK Mishra, LG NOVA
- Connor O'Brien, Colby AI
- Sarah Ennis, Agentsgeo.ai
